Irrigation profiles
The NSW Department of Primary Industries produced these irrigation profiles. They are summaries, and are supplied as pdf files. They cover the following areas:
- Border Rivers (NSW) catchment
- Greater Macquarie catchment
- Gwydir catchment
- Lachlan catchment
- Murrumbidgee catchment
- NSW Mid–Coast region
- NSW North Coast region
- Sydney–South Coast region
Profiles for the Darling–Barwon, Murray, and Namoi catchments have not been released as yet.
HELP program
Lower Murrumbidgee HELP basin project
The HELP (Hydrology, Environment, Life and Policy) Program is working to establish a global network of catchments. The Lower Murrumbidgee is one of the 25 pilot basins. The program is a joint effort of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and the World Meteorological Organization.
